Still Capture Library is a library to be used by C and C++ programmers. It lets you, via source code, take still shots of what is captured by your webcam (or webcams if you have many).
Each of these stills you take with the Still Capture Library can be saved in the hard drive location you specify. It is compatible with the majority of exisitng webcam models.
The Still Capture Library functions detect each connected webcam, numbering them to make access to each one easier. The still shot taken can be exported to the clipboard. If any error is produced, it shows you a message with the code of that error.
